I’ve just added a little side hustle around digital scanning of old photographic slides and negatives. Having scanned all my own old negs and slides as well as a big chunk of family memories, a few other people have asked me about helping them out.
So I figured there might be other people out there who might be interested in having their photographic memories brought into the digital age and I developed this little website to help with the process.
The site goes through the reasons to consider digitising your collection of ‘heritage media’ as well as some of the technical details. For reasons that are also outlined on the site, I’m concentrating this service within Tasmania at this stage.
