Finding your Unique Selling Point

What makes your brand, product or service unique? How do you stand out from the crowd?

If you know that and can define it, and explain it to your potential customers, you are well on the way to a successful brand or business.

But how do you go about finding it?

If you are a large firm or brand, you might pay advertising agencies or marketing consultants millions of dollars to run research projects to discover your ‘special sauce’.

But it’s really not that complicated, nor is it beyond the abilities of small business operators.

I came across this little video from Google’s Digital Garage which summarises it nicely.
