Marketing and Brand Strategy

This is now a few years old, but still has plenty of hits on various online sites where it’s been available for some years, so I thought it was worth bringing home to my site.

I worked with the Port Arthur Historic Site Management Authority for nearly ten years, including the lead up to the World Heritage listing of three sites under its auspices.

During that time I led several major projects around development of marketing plans and branding strategy to deliver objectives of visitation growth as well as community advocacy for heritage conservation, in line with PAHSMA’s objectives and conservation obligations.

During that time I developed various versions of the attached presentation and presented at fora including postgraduate conservation courses and international conservation conferences.

It offers an overview of the research, analysis, objectives and strategies used along with their translation into creative communication media.
